Administrate was incorporated in 2009 with the purpose of providing governance, administrative and committee support for Bodies Corporate.
By allowing Administrate to do what they do best, ensures that the workload of committee members is significantly reduced allowing them to get on with their lives, freeing themselves from the day-to-day operational management of the property to focus governance and strategic planning.
The principals of Administrate - Fiona & Alistair Gillespie - both came from long service corporate backgrounds in banking, office and account management, technical engineering and project management respectively. The principals are long-term apartment dwellers themselves and both share a passion for managing their rental property portfolio; this identified a niche in the market for managing body corporate buildings in a manner that they would like their own buildings managed.
Through customer service delivery excellence, word of mouth referrals has seen the Administrate body corporate work grow exponentially since 2011.
